Our Story

Stable Homes Group began in 2011 with a simple purpose: help people live safely at home. Founders Simeon Henderson and Willie Rankin, both Marines, built this company from lived experience.

Simeon’s father has been visually impaired since 1978, and Simeon watched his mother devote years of care and support. Willie grew up seeing the daily barriers his sister faced while using a wheelchair most of her life. Those experiences shaped a commitment to build solutions that are practical, respectful, and built to last.

What We Believe

We believe accessibility should feel natural, not clinical. Every modification should be safe, functional, and designed for the person who lives there. Our goal is to make home feel easier to navigate, without sacrificing comfort or style.

Who We Help

We support homeowners and families, caregivers, disabled veterans, and individuals navigating changes in mobility. We also work with nonprofits and funding organizations to deliver consistent, well-documented retrofit solutions for the clients they serve.

Looking Ahead

Today, our focus is retrofits and accessibility upgrades. In the future, we plan to expand awareness around how many people need these modifications and how often those needs go unmet. We are also passionate about educating communities on sensory rooms and supportive spaces for individuals with autism.
